I had a hard time getting over this turd of an episdoe. The Sonic Boom show is so much better than this. I know the show itself is a comedy show and is not supposed to be taken seriously and is actually sharming, witty and funny. but this episode Blue with Envy is just so bad, really really bad! Irredeemably bad! it has no humour and Swifty is such a pain in the ass. his attempts to woo his peers is so half assed and he doesnt try to hide his nasty attitude towards everyone arounf him I know we're supposed to resent Swifty but he is still awful to put up with. Flirting strangers by feeding people sandwhiches even after skateboarding like a a drunken idiotic jerk towrds everyone around him. And The episode's attempt to make Sonic jealous feels so forced and very badly written. And the episode's attempt to make Sonic fail at dethroning Swifting and feeding people burgers is very poorly written and very feeble. And it's insulting that the epsiode claims that Swifty represents the Classic Sonic from the 90s and retain things from Modern Sonic but Swifty comes off as a poorly written self insert OC that tries way too hard to be cool written by a bratty kid and Siwfty is neither of these Sonics. He's such a bad parodythat is he is not even a parody as I already stated in my new Sonic Boom controversy meme. And when I saw how tiktok and yotube seem to have this disgusting scene of this shit of an episode "Gimme a break I can feed people sandwhiches! Watch!"I prompted me to draw this art just to contradict. And feeding people sandwhiches to impress or flirt them is so fucking gross and creepy. You'll get salmonella for that. This scene is disgusting and nothing romantic. Just stomachturningly nauseating. And this scene as a meme will age very badly, I do not buy Amy would fall for someone like Swifty and I do not buy everyone were impressed by his actions. I warmed up alittle towards four episodes and some few aspects I used to be harsh on. Even though I can have a shaky relationship with them but at least I warm up to them and embraced them. But Blue with envy And Swifty the Shrew himself. I'm still salty at it and will never change my attitude about it. I've seen reviews about the episode and I've told by people about it and Sifty himself and none of it convince me in the slightest. Everything is just one ear and out the other with me. And like I said, I do not buy that this annoying shit was Eggman's robot at all. Egghead is too much of a charming and funny villain. And the middle finger of a plot twist and so called motivations went straight over my head.
