Maybe Robotnik? I don't know anyone else who'd not be scared shitless of 3 - 5 foot tall animals running around with planes and powers.
Which makes me think, "how the hell does sonic work?" Are there only a few anthropomorphic creatures (who are our main characters), or are there a more even split (and the other animals are just not as important)?
Second, are they even Mobian still in the video games? Because the few times they take about location, "Earth," seems canon.

Well robotnik is itself in weird anyway. I don't have an idea how robotnik come to Sonic's world... or how he can achieve live there... but ehehehe ( all robotnik's are weird )
and how does Sonic work ? without robotnik Sonic is just a blue hedgehog able to run really fast... he just try to protect his world...
and... the other normal animals is must really begrudge mobians :D
( mobians: larger humanized animals and feed small animals in their homes.)
