For the 2023 Derpibooru community collaboration I had my own traditional entries of Parcly Taxel and Spindle drawn by one of my long-time fans, LincolnBrewsterFan, as a one-off – I had just started my full-time job at SMRT Corporation and already had a ton of commitments there. As expected he was not available for the 2024 version, so I had to piece everything together myself.
This is the first Parcly/Spindle submission where the two best friends are directly linked amphisbaena-style without the Albumin Flask weighing them down. Parcly's years of experimentation with her genie side were rewarded with the ability to detach her wispy blue tail from its vessel and keep it that way; since her inner spirit was transformed into a windigo by Spindle when she was young (i.e. Parcly is a windigo in a pony's body) it only seemed appropriate to connect the twin ethereal tails into a heart… they've done this already, but the Flask photobombed with its long neck back then.
