Finished and I am starting to like a soft shading, though I still like hard shading. I know there are places that require hard and soft depending on what the light is shining on or over. I consider soft/gradient and cell shading more of a style instead of focusing on the light placement, but that probably will change as I practice more. I do need to consider if I need to add more colors to the soft shading even though there is only one light source so I dont really need to consider more than one color for light and one for dark..
