Zyn and Leika get married! (Writer's note: For obvious reasons, Maerian families only expand through adoption. They are not biologically capable , nor interested in doing so by any other means.)
Panel 34: Leika and Zyn look at each other happily as a dapper lion synth tries on a tuxedo that Leika made. The characters are in an orange room, presumably Leika's tailoring shop.
Caption: Leika would start out by designing outfits for the new synths that Zyn created. She worked with her love and the synths themselves, to design the perfect outfits.
Panel 35: A magazine "Dress to Impress," showing Leika and her boutique “Leika’s Closet.” The store has a sign on it with the name of the store. The magazine has the text: Meet the Seamstress who is taking Sunnyside's fashion world by storm!" Leika is standing in front of the store with a hand on her hip and a sewing needle in her other hand. She is wearing a pink frilly outfit with clear fairy wings on her back.
Caption: Within a year of opening up her boutique, she became quite the famous fashion designer in Sunnyside!
Panel 36: Zyn and Leika holding hands as they get married. Zyn is in a blue suit and has a skirt around their waist. Leika is in an elegant blue dress with a flower headband around her head. There is a vicar behind them with his arm's outstretched as he conducts the marriage ceremony. The vicar is a white mustachioed dog wearing a wide brimmed baby blue hat and robe with a white frilly collar.
Caption: Zyn and Leika officially became partners not long after.
Panel 37: Zyn getting a diaper check by Thindel, Leika making an exaggerated expression as she holds her nose and grins at Zyn. Thindel is a brown bear woman with a red nose. She has rainbow colored hair and is of a heavier body type than most.
Caption: Years passed, and Zyn and Leika had established themselves. They could have gone on living happily with their caretaker synth, Thindel, but both of them got to thinking.
Panel 38: Zyn and Leika looking at a pink adoption book as they sit on a big fluffy green couch.
Caption: They resolved to adopt a crecheling of their own.
Panel 39: The family walking away with a large stroller. Thindel is pushing it. Valaria, Vabe, and Vasha are infants in it. Valaria is an orange haried brown furred beaver girl. She is in an orange sleeper. Vabe is a pink furred bear with darker pink curly hair. He is wearing a pink sleeper. Vasha is a purple haired brown furred squirrel girl. She is in a purple sleeper. All three infants are asleep. They are walking along a sidewalk on a snowy day in late winter. Snow is melting and patches of green grass are sticking through. There is a tree in the background in a little plot of soil.
Caption: They ended up walking away from the adoption agency with THREE crechelings. Their names were Valaria, Vabe, and Vasha. Here’s where I come into the picture.
