Ellie has been bullied and picked on by a student named Johnny who had to stay in class and miss recess and Ellie was outside sitting on a log making faces at each other and the bell rang and Johnny runs outside and throws a basketball at her face and she starts crying and her nose bleeds. After that Johnny got sent to the principal's office with Ellie to explain to Johnny how Ellie feels about being constantly picked on and had him expelled and banned from the school forever. Jack and his family including Natasha came to the school to explain what happened at the end of recess. Jack and his siblings and Dee cousins along with Natasha were pretty mad about what happened. Jack, Josephine and Toby puts a restraining order against Ellie so he doesn't go within 15 ft near her. They took Ellie to the hospital to have her nose checked and she was all good to go. Johnny's parents were pretty mad about what happened and they move out to another city out of Dallas Texas. Jack says "it's ok sweetheart! Johnny won't get you anymore!" As he hugs her.
