One of TFPrime!Corona's abilities is being able to cloak her identity (by assuming OTHERS' identities) using a chameleon module. She uses this ability to infiltrate Decepticon ranks while on her mission to find Umbra after the two were separated during the war.
She killed the real Eclipse, a Decepticon spy, in order to acquire both her chameleon module - and her appearance.
