Finally made it to the Cuphead pictures I started drawing over a year ago. I have two here. One featuring the original Cuphead brothers alongside Ms. Chalice who finally appeared years later as a DLC character during the summer of 2022. The other is an anthro pony version of herself used in the same 1930's artstyle.
Fun and fantastic game. Very difficult game (I normally don't like difficult games), but some games make cut for me and Cuphead is one of them.
Cuphead is more of a boss rush game than a traditional level game with it's setting based off of cartoon animations and musical scores represented during the age of black and white animations in the 1930's, but thankfully this game is in color. The development team did an outstanding job replicating the animation and music from the time and delivered with incredible effort and work put into it. I strongly recommend Cuphead to anyone who still hasn't played it yet. The difficulty can drive many away (it did to me, but eventually played it and had fun with it), but if you're able to get past that then you're in for a classic 1930's-style ride.
The game was such a huge success that it got it's own animated show on Netflix. I've only seen the episode with Ms. Chalice's first appearance so I know nothing about anything else aside from that.
