Not sure why Leo ate it if he knew who made it!

Seems that even Miralle barely has enough spice tolerance..

I’m hypersensitive to capsicum, and I fear her cooking would kill me. 😂

Well, I guess Leo's been a guest at the Tree's home often enough to have some experience with Chili's cooking.  That he didn't outright reject his bowl suggests he's probably treating her food as some sort of endurance training.

Tristan and Nigel are virgin sacrifices to her culinary skills, though I note that Tristan's taking a cue from Miralle and simply soldiering on through the heat.

And it looks like Chili's developed a raw nerve about her cooking ability.  It's telling that in all this time she doesn't seem to have changed much in the area, though it implies really bad things about her starting point if after all this time this is the extent of her practicing to make edible meals.

Huh, now I'm understanding why she's into spicy things if she is resistant to fire... Anything that can surpass that resistance is flavor to her :)

So, fun fact:

The Capsicum plant developed capsaicin, the chemical that makes peppers hot, as a selective chemical weapon.

See, capsicum wants its fruits to be eaten to spread the seeds, but mammals digestive tracts can destroy the seeds.

Birds on the other hand? The seeds go right through 'em. So the plant wants something that will repel mammals but leave birds alone.

And that's capsaicin. Birds don't have the receptor for it. Similar relationships are found with a number of other hot and/or pungent spices.

Chili's species is half bird. (Parrot/chipmunk, I think).

Of course her standards for spice are a bit...different.

To Roxxas the scumbag: No, not really.

I think Chili uses spices to cover up the fact that her cooking isn't all that good to begin with. She has struck me as someone who overcompensates for her insecurities.
