Supercream And Superchao
One day, Cream, who is dressed in her Supercream costume, was in her Burrow of Solitude as she was reading more fan letters from people in Emerald Town with her Chao,Cheese, who was in his Superchao collar and cape.
"Wow, Cheese, it seems we got some nice letters, like this one from Mitzi. Dear Supercream, I hope you are recovering after those mean men made you sick," Supercream said.
"Chao," Superchao said.
"Indeed. I am glad she is checking to see if I am okay after that Gleek powder incident," Supercream said. After seeing more letters, she saw one from a citizen, a boy named Cheddar.
"Dear Supercream, I am Cheddar the Mouse, from the city of Station Square. I am new to your exploits and I would like to know: when did you and Superchao become a duo," Supercream read.
"Chao," Superchao asked.
"Indeed. I remember that time," Supercream said.
--FLASHBACK--
When Cream was a baby, she was sent to Mobius from her doomed home planet. The tot, dressed in orange onsies pajamas with a hood like a fox, was cuddling the egg gently when suddenly, it hatched, revealing a baby chao. When Vanilla and Bunnie saw this, they saw the chao and rabbit were connected, so Vanilla gave the chao the name Cheese, as her family had a history of naming children and pets after food and food flavors.
--SIX YEARS LATER--
At the Rabbit house, Cream was in her room playing with Cheese when suddenly, her ears perked hearing a cry for help.
"Oh no. That sounds like one of my classmates. This is a job for Supercream," Cream said as she went into her toy box, and after some shuffling around, she came out wearing her superhero dress and cape (no shorts in this flashback, as this is before she faced Arctic Storm) as she stood up. Cheese was sad, but Supercream petted him.
"Don't worry, Cheese, I will be back to play," Supercream said as she flew off. Cheese was depressed, but this would be the day he would come into his own, as he heard cries for help in the city as well. Wanting to help, Cheese decided to take off his bowtie, and finding an old superhero mask and cape, he put them on and flew out, as he would soon do good deeds, as he saw a family van flipped over. The little chao went and lifted it, soon discovering he had super strength, as he ripped the door out and got the father and children out, just as the tree it hit fell down and crushed it. The father saw their hero and was shocked.
"Wow, a chao saved us," the dad, a dog said.
"He must be as strong as Supercream," the son said. After some thanks, Cheese flew off looking for more problems to fix, that was when he saw Supercream, as she was struggling in a fight against a mech controlled by what looks like a mechanical chao.
"Omochao, you can't get away with Chaonapping. You know the reason people didn't like you was because of your annoyance factor," Supercream said as she struggled to free herself, only to realize her strength was fading.
"Well, Supercream, it seems your powers are already giving out," Omochao said when suddenly, Cheese flew in and punched the mech going through it, causing it to let the heroine go. Cheese went to check on Supercream, who was on her knees.
"Chao chao," Cheese asked, as Supercream got up.
"Yeah, I'm okay now. Thanks for saving me, masked chao," Supercream said as she got up slowly, and used what was left of her powers to ensure Omochao stayed in place for the police to pick him up. The two went to get ice cream as Supercream ate it, being recharged.
"That's better. So, masked chao, where did you come from," Supercream asked.
"Chao, chao," Cheese said as he lifted the mask, showing his face. As Supercream was shocked, she and Cheese went somewhere private.
"Cheese, I didn't know it was you. But you punched through Omochao's mech like I would have. You must be developing my superpowers," Supercream said as Marine and her swim Chao came in.
"Oh, Supercream, you're okay. I heard you were in trouble," Marine said.
"I was, but thankfully, Superchao came and saved me," Supercream said.
"Superchao? You never told you also had a Chao," Marine said.
"He has been with me ever since I came to this planet," Supercream said. Sometime later, after hearing a call for help, Cream would go into her toy box and after some scuffling, came out as Supercream. As Cheese saw this, he was sad, but soon, Supercream decied to take off his bowtie, and in its place, she put on a white collar with her emblem as a tag, and a red cape. Cheese saw it and was amazed.
"I knew you'd like it. Aunt Bunnie fashioned the collar and tag out of the strongest steel while mama made your cape. That way, we both match," Supercream said.
"Chao," Cheese said happily as the two flew out the window to face whatever evil was out.
--END FLASHBACK--
"If it wasn't for you, Cheese, I would have been finished off there and now," Supercream said. Afterwards, Supercream decided to write a response to Cheddar, making sure to leave out the fact that Cream the Rabbit and Supercream are one and the same.
