Pulsar is Amur and Surge's firstborn. Despite his young age, he's already showing great electrokinetic abilities, primarily for speaking by sending his thoughts into others' minds.

He lives with Surge and Amur in his mansion
Body
His tiny body is covered in electric purple fur, safe for his muzzle and chest, which is peach. He has two bangs of fur going down from his cheeks, reminiscent of Amur's sideburns and Surge's own haircut, who has a lime green lightning-shaped going down them, the same one can be found on the tuft between his eyes. Much like his daddy (?), he has two long bat ears, who have a lime green tip, and bat wings.
