Dragon Yellow Diamonds Mangled es un cambio de forma que Y-D Mangled tiene y esta sería la única forma secundaria del lobo blanco por los momentos. Aunque esta forma es más fuerte que la forma normal de Y-D Mangled y se diferencia de Dragon Mangled (del Universo RougaWolf X) ya que Dragon Y-D Mangled no es gordo y es más ágil y díficil de capturar en cambio el RWX Dragon Mangled en su forma a dos patas sí es gordo, no es ágil y es muy fácil de capturar, aunque la forma a 4 patas de Dragon RWX Mangled se mantiene gordo pero es rápido y díficil de capturar, aunque Mangled prefiere mucho la forma a dos patas por razones de gusto sin importar que esa forma tenga un defecto. Y-D Mangled es el único miembro de los Paw Patrol quien puede tener esta forma. Y-D Mangled transformado en Dragón puede de igual forma conducir su Smart MW Vehicle sin ningún problema.
