Daisy stood in her bedroom, making her bed up. Taking joy in the fact that it was Pajama Day in school, meaning the kid would get to wear their sleep attire to school. she pulled the sheets up, covering the mattress, plopping the pillow down. Daisy thanked her mom, who offered to take the kids to school, as she had the day off. The kids apricated it.
The kids got into Rosa's station Wagon, Daisy calling shotgun as Tinker and the Twins got in the back. Rosa asked what radio station the kids wanted to listen to as they eventually settled on a classic rock station. Rosa started the car, pulling out of the driveway.
"Miss Fields, are we still going to Burger Castle for breakfast" Vicky asked, as the older Rabbit had promised the kids if they had made their beds, she would stop by the drive through to get them breakfast as she nodded.
The ride was filled with the kids talking. Daisy was wearing a Dark Green long john with a rear flap; Tinker was wearing a light blue two piece consisting of a top and shorts. and the Twin were wearing matching pajama tops and pants, Vicky's in Pink, Todd's in blue.
Rosa pulled into the Burger Castle, asking the kids what they wanted. Daisy ordered a breakfast sandwich, Tinker wanted, and an egg and ham wrap and the Twins wanted Pancakes. Rosa repeated what she heard to the cashier, handing her credit card as the teenager rang it up, handing her the huge brown paper bag.
Rosa handed out the food to the kids as she made her way back to the road. Rosa turned to the fox twins, telling them not to open those syrup packets in her car. Tinker looked at them, revealing why she got the wrap as it was not messy.
"But you can't eat pancakes without syrup" Todd rebutted as Rosa looked at him and Vicky, saying they should have ordered something else, as messy food in her car was a big no, recalling the time Daisy spilled grape soda all over the back seat.
"It was one time" Daisy called out in defense, biting into her sandwich as Rosa never let the young bunny live the moment down. Rosa had to get the car professionally cleaned. Eventually they stopped at a red light.
Daisy took a bite of her sandwich, looking at the car next to them. due to the fact it was a black limo, Daisy was justified in identifying the car as the Sterling limo, seeing Mary Ann, sitting in the back, being chauffeured. The bunny tied waving, but Mary did not seem to notice her though the bunny was able to make out the Lambs dark red nightgown.
Upon turning green the two cars continued their trek to Greystone elementary. when they got there the black limo stopped first, the driver getting out and walking to the back to opening the back door; Mary left, nodding at the driver as he closed the door behind her, driving off as the station wagon pulled up.
The kids got out, greeting Mary and Vicky complemented the ewe's red gown, it was shiny and opaque. Mary blushed, saying it was pure silk and very expensive "It the latest from Ice Fashions and it feels so comfy, like I'm not wearing anything at all" Mary replied letting the girls feel her smooth gown. Daisy rubbing her cheek against the material.
Todd was the one to mention that they should probably get to class as the kids made their way in, heading to their class, sitting down in their desk. the first thing they noticed was that instead of Mr. Henry sitting at the teacher's desk it was a new face, a male Jaguar, in about his late 20's as he looked at the kids.
"Hello, children, my name is Mr. Davids: I'll be your new teacher as Mr. Henry was transferred to the High School. I look forward to getting know you kids and seeing as it's Pajama Day, why don't we take a leisure day, no class work and just this as an opportunity to get to know each other" Mr. Davids commented as the kids cheered at the mention of no class work.
It did not take long to kids to open up to Mr. Davids who was much nicer than their previous teacher. letting the kids talk about themselves. Travis for his hand up, asking if he could take some paper out to draw as the Jaguar nodded. Travis did so, thanking him as Sakura entered the classroom, being informed that they were getting a new teacher.
"I'm sorry for being late Mr. Davids but I was assisting the Principal, I have a note from him, excusing my tardiness" Sakura mention handing him the paper as he smiled. Mr. David looked at the kids, saying he would need their permission slips for the sleepover as the kids who had slips of paper brought them up. The school was hosting a sleepover for Pajama Day, eligible students were allowed to stay at the school, there would be Pizza and drinks provided, as well as board games and gaming consoles. there would also be a movie.
A few Parents even volunteered to chaperone the event, including Rosa Fields, Chris Icefall, Chuckie Woods, and a few others. "Okay now that everything is out of the way, let's start talking about you".
The students took turns talking about themselves and Mr. Davids seemed interesting in listening, taking a sip from his mug of coffee. After introductions Mr. Davids looked around nodding, saying it was interesting to meet such unique people as he looked at the clock.
"Oh, time for art class already" Mr. Davids called out, watching all the kids leave his classroom, he made a mental note of them, sitting at this desk. In art Class Mr. Rossman was having the kids draw with pencils, as he did not want them working with paint or anything messy. instructing the kids that the theme was the day was 'wood' as they started drawing. Vicky was drawing a huge oak tree in the middle of a forest. Mr. Rossman looked at it nodded. "Nice work as always Vicky"
It was no secret that Vicky was the best in art class, and while Mr. Rossman did not speak ill of anyone, he clearly admired the young vixen's work. Vicky just smiled at him, continuing to shade. Rossman looked over the drawing. Daisy was drawing a barn, next to a farm, the angles were a bit off, but it had an abstract charm to it. Mary was drawing the texture of the piece of back.
Mr. Rossman made his way back to Vicky, asking if she would mind helping clean up after school, praising the fox for being his little helper as she agreed, never one to turn down helping as Todd watched him leave, saying if he did not know any better, he would guess Vicky had a crush on the Zebra.
"I do Not have a crush on Mr. Rossman, I just like how he values my artistic skills" Vicky responded, continuing to sketch, handing the eraser to Todd who was drawing a log cabin in the snow. After art class the kids returned to the main classroom for another period before leaving for lunch, getting their food and sitting down. It was hot dog day as the kids sat with hot dogs and Mac and cheese on their tray. Daisy tore upon the packet of mustard, pouring on her hotdog and Mary brought a lunch from home. opening her lunchbox and pulling out a sandwich, prepared by Conroy.
"I Still Can't believe the school is hosting a sleepover, they never did anything like that at my old school" Daisy commented, reflecting at her time at Terrabella Elementary, she favored Greystone more as Mary nodded.
From what the Ewe heard the sleepover was being was organized by the school and C.A.R.E. as Vicky sat up, asking if she heard that right. This sleepover was organized by C.A.R.E. "They're not going to make up sit through an assembly about the 'Abuse and exploitation' that cubs face.
Daisy actually had no problem with the group, maybe because her mother was member. but they seemed to have good intentions. "Don't get me wrong, I know it bad for business but what about the boys and girls who really ARE being abused, I'm somewhat glad a group like C.A.R.E. exists".
Vicky bit into her hotdog, commenting that must C.A.R.E. members were basic housewives, like Miss Fields and it should not be too easy to slink off during the sleepover, holding up a key.
"Coach Whitebone gave me a spare key to his office. if we want to have any fun" Mary explained, spinning the key around her hoove, saying she got it for giving Whitebone so free sessions with Leslie and Ayah. The girls were relieved to hear this as they finished their lunches before heading back to class.
Once back in class Mr. Davids suggesting putting a movie on, letting the kids pick one from a box of VHS tapes. once a movie was agreed upon the jaguar hooked up the small TV, wheeling it to the center of the classroom, hooking it up and sliding the VHS in the slot.
The Movie was a typical Kid's flick. Mr. Davids turned off the lights as the kids sat at their desks watching the movie. It was an effective way to kill time. Most of the kids were into the movie as Travis was continuing the drawing he had been working on earlier. Mary kept watching as she Noticed Abigale on her flip phone, texting as Mary tapped her shoulder, suggesting she put it away. "You'll get in trouble Abbie".
Abigale apologized, saying that her mother was texting her and she had to responded, saying it was something about new opportunities. Mary wasn't starstruck but still, sitting next to the girl who was the number 1 Cub Model was clearly an achievement. Mary had honestly considered asking Abbie to join the BFC as a model.
The arctic fox folded her phone putting it back in her pocket as Mary asked how the modeling was going. Abigale shrugged her shoulders, recalling a shoot she did themed around the holidays. as Mary nodded.
"Have you ever thought about modeling for the BFC?, under the table of course" Mary asked as Abigale blushed, admitting it would be interesting, but she wasn't planning on it. Mary turned to her, begging for one photoshoot, saying she release the pics publicly. Abigale thought about it and that it could be fun.
She promised she would think about it but did not make any promises. That was good enough for Mary as they turned back facing the movie. Eventually School let out as the kids who did not have permission slips went home. The main group was still at the school along with several other students, it was a good number of kids as Claire whistled, tugging the seat of her pajamas as they fit around her plump posterior but occasionally rode up her rear.
