Here's Rosalia, a tiny flower rosalia, with the power to shrink other~
Indeed, she have the ability to shrink other with her spore and pollen, after discovering it while being startled and defending herself from other pokemon.
She started experimenting with her new spore pollen, noticing that she can not only use it to shrink opponent but also to grow plant, rosalia, being a grass type pokemon, count as a plant too, so she naturally used her power to grow herself to have quite a bit more of a edge in fight, and of course, to spread their pollen further~
It not common that I give my pokemon OC the ability to shrink other, as I mostly prefer to make them grow, but with roselia being already a tiny pokemon, it lots of fun to have one that's able to make other thing even tinier~
