Alright so..I did it. I went and bought myself an Intuos tablet. And damn....you know, when I bought the Graphire I couldn't do anything. It seemed like the pen never went quite where I put it, and never moved in the line I had in mind. Well this new one's got double the resolution. And whoo..it defenitely does what I want. Keep in mind, this is just a first attempt..but here's a sample of what I Can do with the new tablet.

In case anyone wonders, I did borrow Wookiee's eye technique for this, though I didn't go quite so far into the highlights.
