A number of events from the show are fairly similar in the Au. Somethings however work even better. Pacifica would of course be more upset about Dipper not wanting to go trick or treating with her as she might be stuck in her mansion alone for years to come after this summer is over. And she already lost 4 years prior to that same fact.
Pacifica is showing who's the queen bee is here, and she shows off to others to make herself look good, but Dipper in in control here though she thinks she is control. But to him that control over her is very tiring so he lets her get away with a lot unless he has to remind her who's the boss.
