It is not the main cause to my current mood but “self-disphoria” is something I have experienced for as long as I can remember that it’s just ‘normal’ for me - it just feels more intense when I am in periods like this; never going away even when everything just turns numb. I instinctively avoid myself in mirrors but if I do need to, just focus on one part (like when getting ready to go out) and dissociate from the whole. I know it’s something I need to address.
