This is a comfort piece and a reminder for me (and you) to look after your body and mind. Going on walks for example, helps you think, keeps you active. This piece i put off for nearly a month due to severe artblock and life stuff going on... Going for walks has helped. Plus, I was listening to the 'Wagon' theme from bluey and i felt better.
This is just one of many habits we should build to better ourselves. Even if it takes you a month to complete, Just don't give up <3
