Fourth of the reference guides, and long overdue.
Short Bio:
Rivulette is a young pegasus with a unique ability. In addition to being able to walk on clouds like all pegasi can, she can take water from them and other sources into herself like a sponge. The primary result of this is her expanding in size based on how much extra water she has within her; however, she has learned to use her talent in other ways. Her nature as a living water tank put her on Ponyville's fire department, at first as a volunteer, and currently as a valued full-fledged member of the crew. While kind in general, her temper tends to flare, especially when those she cares about are threatened. She has also been adopted by Sugar, and Maple readily sees her as an older sister.
