This was based off of the episode in MLP:FiM where Starlight Glimmer was running an entire town she took over, making everyone submit to equality. She eventually captured Twilight and her friends and tried to do the same thing to them using the brainwashing method of indoctrination after she found out what they were trying to do. Later in the episode in order to escape the town the crew sent Fluttershy to sneak into Starlight's house to look for any evidence of what she was trying really accomplish (stealing everyone's cutie marks and hiding them in a secret vault while forcing her own utopia of equality upon the citizens). I took one of the scenes and re-interpreted it into a situation where Twilight shrunk Fluttershy down and then had her sneak inside, all while avoiding detection from Starlight.
Micros hiding from detection inside of someone's house or bedroom (usually a girl's) is something I like a lot.
