Adorable doragon! She has a unique design, I like her elf-esque influences mixed in with all the oriental dragon stuff. Love how you drew the tail in particular and how it interacts with the skirt! GOod job on her laxed overcoat as well as her funky hairstyle, that seems like a total doozy to handle. THis design is beyond Blue Archive tier on weird small details and doodads, even. Even the horns need special attention for the way they're patterened!
Her expression's cute and fitting too, I like how it combined with her pose makes her look like she's teasingly playing monster. Which she might as well be! Those traditional styled buildings are taking quite the stomping from her walk around with her cute tabisandals. I like how they have a bit of platform to them!

I am very unfamiliar with this character. Before I checked the tags, I almost thought this was one of the Yugioh Dragonmaid card characters.
I find this character to be very cute; the hair, outfit, dragon features, all of it is very nice. The sandals crushing the traditional village is also a nice touch of course!
