One day, the universe will end. Black holes, all consuming, shall eat all that exists. On that day, a strange being will come to herald the end. A reaper, not for mankind, but for existence as we know it.
This is a kitsune. Their tails form a pinwheel galaxy, constantly swirling. Their body is a wispy darkness of a black hole, but for the starlight skeleton shining through.
--- Despite my absolute love of making and designing characters I've had since forever, I didn't end up really doing of the "make me a character" options for art fight last year. I was worried it wouldn't be to their taste since I couldn't get feedback without ruining the surprise. But after looking around at what this person likes, I had to give it a try. Kitsunes, galaxies, skeletons. Sign me up!
Oof at drawing skeletons though, lol. I'm pretty happy with it over all. I had a few different ideas of how I was gonna approach this. (Originally, a black hole was gonna be nestled in the tails for example.) But I like how it came out. I think it's pretty unique and I love the slight translucent the body has.
What I'm saying is that I need to do more galaxy stuff. XD
