Info: Es uno de los integrantes del grupo del Palacio RougaWolf X, su hermano es Marlon The Fox quien es el único zorro de la familia que puede transformarse en Omega Mangle, Frank es primo de las hermanas canina-vulpinas (Mangline German Shepherd, Lola The Wolf, Irma Fox y Tania Fox). Frank tiene poderes elementales por lo que puede hacer cualquier movimiento ya sean de los elementos Agua, Tierra, Aire y Fuego. Es un personaje el cual aunque tenga bastante fuerza y buena velocidad para correr y hacer algunos ataques rápidos, éste zorro tiene muchos problemas con cuestión a sus reflejos ya que estos pueden fallarle y hacerlo más fácil de capturar. Algo que lo ha diferenciado de su hermano quien sí no tiene tantos problemas con los reflejos, aunque las hermanas Canina-Vulpinas también tienen este problema en sus reflejos. A diferencia de varios de los miembros de el Palacio, Frank carece de Movimientos Especiales, tal vez porque sus movimientos base están al nivel de los Movimientos Especiales.

Frank has elemental powers so he can make any movement whether they are from the elements Water, Earth, Air and Fire.
