no.18: Jevil - Deltarune

Jevil is a character I've wanted to add for awhile now. Sadly, his debut was just shy of being included in my 'Send in the Clowns' countdown back in 2018. Though man, what are the odds that I would choose to do my clown-themed countdown that year of all years? Unfortunately he was overlooked since then as he didn't fit into any theme after that, so this was finally the opportunity I needed to check him off my list.
