So remember when I said that Cecil is getting Outfits? Well, This is thew 2nd Halloween Costume I made for him which comes with even more stuff but the basics are still there. Who was once the defiler of Miracles now transforms into the Guardian of Miracles, His name is Cure Seashell
For this outfit, I went with the Hero version of Julio repainting his new Hero Uniform with the classic Red, Blue and Yellow. It almost looks like a Royal Guard Costume with those shoulder pads. Also included is a ribbon around the belt line with a fully restored Emblem of Satoshi's Kami Eye indicating that he has learned to forgive his master for his mistake. Plus that Blue Cape; Damn..
Like the Villain Costume this also has Snap on Pants and a Pull Up Diaper except they are a bit colorful with the Pants being in Denim Blue and the diaper in Blue. Also the Diaper has no evil symbol on the front. YAY!!
As for shoes, He has two choices either the Brown Butler Shoes or the matching colored Decora Kei Inspired Shoes. And to complete the outfit, A Little Top Hat to add that cute factor even more
Now you may be asking why I included His Teddy Bear Jasper? Well, This is how Cecil is going to transform into Cure Seashell. Attached to Jasper is this lovely pink Bowtie with a magic holder for the transformation diamond. This, Diamond holds the power of Miracles allowing Jasper to magically give out Powerful Magics to Cecil in order to transform. They also tend to play during the transformation
All Cecil has to say is; MIRACULOUS SEASHELL. INSPIRATION!!
Finally the Weapon. It is a brand new weapon free from the Dark Corruption that once haunted him. This is the CHO STRAWBERIA SWORD and while the name is pretty ridiculous it is actually on the same power level as the Grimm Blade. It has the same powers too such as create Barriers, Fire Magical Beams of light, Launch Chocolate Strawberry Cake Missiles, Trap foes in Cherry or Strawberry imobilizing Prisons and then of course as a Cherry on top (No pun there) He does have a Final Attack called the SEASHELL FINISH Where he uses the full power of the Cho Strawberia Sword
