When Cath was Thin and Human, she used to have prejudices on obese people; she didn’t understand why people liked being so big, it seemed unhealthy, some having a ridiculous size/massive weight and somehow enjoy it.
Now that she’s an Obese Polar Bear, she slowly manages to appreciate certain aspects of being this big (partly thanks to Yina), and to a point be able to enjoy it. However, she couldn’t fully embrace it, she found it too weird, even thinking that she herself as weird, not being able to accept herself. All she could feel was guilt from all the bad things she thought and spoke about obese people.
One Day, Yina finally noticed the disappointment on Cath’s face. She started to ask some questions, which lead to a small conversation that soon let Cath to be able to talk about it. She tries not to cry as she talks about her guilt, all the bad things, the prejudice against people she didn’t understood.
Yina goes up close to Cath, gently puts her hands on Cath’s face, letting her know that it’s okay, mistakes happen, and all they could do is to move on and be better people, which Yina assures to Cath, that she already is, ending it with a hug. Cath began to cry more, freeing herself from a weight she had in her conscience, and soon giving back a tight hug, finally starting to heal and be happy again.
(This is a scenario that developed between Cath and Yina during a RP session that the two of us did when we were available and which resulted in a wonderful emotional moment between our two characters.)
