No, this is not a lazy Pinkie recolor. I took the "even orange ponies can be silly" bit as a challenge, and so did Sugar, apparently. After getting her mane and tail restyled to match the silliest pony she knew, she wanted to mimic the constant hopping about. Although methinks the Spring 'Shroom will cause more harm than good.....
