Background/History
Turns out, Riv wasn't meant to be a breezie. A visit to Twilight revealed that she was the victim of a spell gone wrong, and, one counter-spell later, she now stands as a pegasus. The visit also revealed that she is much more talented with water than was previously thought, although she still prefers messing with her size-changing ability.
