If by any chance you don't know what am I drawing... well, it's a little series I paused for 2 years. I had some art block on it back then, along with the commission count rising at that time. I paused, and, well, 2 years passed. I seriously wanted to finish this, and I was awaiting that at some point I'll bulk update the story, but I realized that it won't work, and now that the Silk song is getting closer to getting done, I feel like I should press this story a little bit before things get more complicated than what I can handle.
I'm planning to do at least one piece per month, that's the guarantee I gave, I will see if by any chance I can work out an extra amount than I planned, but I'm not making any promise about it at the moment.

Knight POV
Endless pitch black, a familiar place I’ve been… My birth, my adventure, my origin, all related to this place…
But, I’ve never thought about this happening to me – Being a shade, the dead form of my kind, we vessels. I’ve never thought about death happening to me, especially not in this strange situation… It's so strange that I cannot even find an explanation at this point.
I still remember that fight.
My body was on the edge of breaking down, and at the peak of the fight, my shell… It cracked into two, shattered. It was a weird feeling, I’ve always known that once vessel lose their shell, they are dead. But despite the thought of me turning into the death form of the vessel along with my unborn baby, it… somehow did not make me feel despair, it made me feel like I was coming home, all my siblings, and the one, supposedly, my big brother, are all coming up from the depths, tearing the divine enemy apart as we descend back to our home.
And I’m dead. But this… isn’t quite the dead like any other bug. They were slashed on the vital, they went unmoving, and their presence dissipated. I… I feel like I am dead, I don’t feel any of my power, my strength, my nimbleness, or honestly, I don’t even feel my weight. But I can see, I can feel, I can think, and for every day that passed in this pitch black chasm, I can feel… The little one, who is supposed to be a “dead vessel” like me… is growing.
Then I saw some of my dead siblings with a big belly too.
Quite ironic to think that the dead being like us still grows life, a hollow, dark life of void… And it is what scares me.
My belly is big, but as I press down… There’s not much firmness.
My dead body… My ghost form… It isn’t capable of forming a shell for my unborn baby. And that means, it will soon, be born as a shade, a dead vessel, who will forever stuck in the abyss with me and their uncles and aunties.
And I cannot make that happen.
But I don’t really know how can I still save it… I could think of the keys needed. A shell, a shell that is completely the same as mine, to make myself a living vessel again.
I do not know how to make it work, though. Does it work with just tucking my head into the hollow shell? I do very much hope it works that way, but before all this, I need to find a shell that is completely the same as mine, before that possibility may become real.
And there I begin to look for the shell that is the same as mine… I’m not having too much hope, but I’m hanging on to it.
Can’t imagine what’s the chance of me finding a hollow unused shell that is the same as mine and in the condition of unharmed in this… shell deposit void.
But I have to try.
My belly is growing bigger and bigger, there isn’t a lot of time left.
