Some things in life don't really need words... The language, foreign or not, easily translates through actions and often not actions are louder than words. What's more important than all of it though is acceptance. Acceptance comes above all else, pride, joy, perhaps grief or sorrow. At the core of it is acceptance and everything else will fall into place. The reactions or decisions may be temporary, it may be permanent, but overall it should be accepted.
It's the beginning of healing and the birth of something new, something that was hidden, something... that was waiting to burst into its natural beauty and existence. No cages, no walls, no barriers or locks........ Freedom.
This freedom will come when it's time. To some, it comes right away and to others it takes its time. No matter how short or long, it comes when you're ready.
Happy Pride ya'll!

Goofy is definitely the kinda dad who would do this. Even if he doesn't 100% "get it" or it makes him worried for what his kid would face in the future because of it, he's the kind who would absolutely hug his kid and say, "No matter what, I'll always love you and you'll always be my son." and he'd stand by them through anything. Good dad, great movies.

Being so "simple minded", Goofy's feelings are uncomplicated and pure. He loves his son, even when he doesn't always understand him or his generation, and just wants to be part of his life (regardless of whatever kind of life that may be). In many respects, he's an exemplary father, as well as kind hearted and accepting. Happy pride everyone, whatever your identity may be.
