Background/History
Dianne is an intelligent girl who loves astronomy and is an excellent auto mechanic. She's always been the kind of girl who's not afraid to get her hands dirty since she was little. Dianne was forced to leave home after she changed before her families eyes the day after her high school graduation. Despite being shocked, Dianne's mother assured her that no matter what form she assumed, she would always be her daughter. Her mothers words from that day have always given Dianne great comfort when she needs it most. Since having to leave home, Dianne still remains in contact with her mother and the two often meet to spend time together. Dianne has not yet heard from her father or other family members since the day she left home, and has not returned to her home town since that day.
Dianne has no memory of how, why, or when she was combined. She has spent the past years trying to remember how she was combined as well as to any clues as to where it occurred and if someone is responsible for it or not. After leaving home, Dianne became a bit of a loner, relying only on herself to get by and survive. She had no idea who, if anyone, she could trust with her secret, and became very antisocial as a result. After meeting Tina Langford and learning that there was someone else who underwent the same type of transformation as she did, she opened up to Tina. After learning about how accepting they were of her transformation, Dianne agreed to meet with Tina's group of friends, and became good friends with all of them. She has since become more social, and is very friendly. She loves to laugh and have any kind of fun she can without it causing her to change or endangering her secret.
After spending time thinking about her past, and how she was before meeting Tina and the others, Dianne gave herself an alias to go by while in her car form; Dark. Dianne was merged with a black 2006 Dodge Viper that had been specially modified. Modifications included run flat tires, the Turbo Boost developed by Dr. Thomas Chase, mines, missiles, an advanced computer and tracking system, proximity sensors, a communications system able to connect to phones, radios, and other communication devices, and a special liquid foam in place of windshield wiper fluid that instantly cools on release. All of these modifications are at Dianne's disposal, and she can use any of them how and whenever she desires. All of her weapons and modifications can be accessed from a touch screen computer terminal stored behind her radio. Dianne is the only one though who can make the terminal come out. Dianne is uncertain as to why such modifications were made, and is amazed that none of them reduce her speed or add any extra weight to her in her car form. Dianne is fully aware of the responsibility that comes with all of these things, and will not use her weapons unless absolutely necessary.
She loves her friends like family, but can still have difficulty talking about things that are bothering her. She often takes herself for a drive when she needs to clear her head or time to think. Her dark tinted windows and windshield keep others on the road from seeing when no driver is present, and her computer can even allow her to adjust the level of the tint to be less dark or more dark. Something that comes in handy while she's driving. She is highly loyal to her friends, and will do everything within her power to help and protect them.
