Oooh, this was a really pleasant surprise! As a fan of Noires both extremely small and extremely big, I absolutely welcome this planetary omNoire! A single one of her twintails threatens to engulf the moon as it floats about in space, hahahah. Love how surprised and worried she seems about her sudden -massive- growth spurt! Noire is super fun since you could easily play her as having all sorts of different reactions to being so huge! Suddenly winding up THIS big would definitely freak her out for a bit, and that expression is just perfect for it. Her body language plays into it all too, with one hand raised up to her face in fear as she straddles the curvature of the planet itself with her other! Those legs coming up over the horizon too, wow! The bit of perspective on the one closest to the camera is appreciated, plays up just how big she is when the continents themselves start looking downright pathetic when compared with the soles of her boots!
I'm totally with you by the way -- Noire's outfit is a huge pain to draw. But that's due to how excellently regal it is! The frills aren't as good as they could be here admittedly, but I do really like the way you drew up her fancy top (and of course the chest itself -- I'm a big fan of how large you tend to draw Noire's Noires! ) and her lengthy boots look wonderful too! Some details may be missing, but considering the time of day (and how annoying they'd be to implement) I can hardly fault you there hahah. But moving away from that, her hair looks utterly phenomenal! I really don't know how you do it, but it's so natural and has that feeling of almost-weightlessness from being out in space like this, with the Earth only somewhat pulling down on it as they grow further away from its pull. It's a wonderful effect, and the way it's all separated out into sections thanks to all that is awesome too! Her main head of hair too, that's so neat to me too -- I often have conundrums on trying to figure out how to make hairstyles like that work foreshortened and such and/or with a bit more action infused to them, in this case from the weightlessness, and you positively nailed it! Even with the little strands rising up near the top too! And the whole set of hair has this volume to it that you can see in how it's linearted and... I'm rambling at this point but damn do I wish I could draw hair that well hahaha. (I'll keep working on it! Only way to get there! )
Again, a welcome pseudo-closer for the stream... stealing my favorite picture slot right near the end with a home run! It's kinda funny how many of my favorite pictures of yours now feature Noire, for a character I really didn't used to be all that into those many years ago ahaha. The one of her happily looming over the model is extremely peak to this day! (As if I need to mention how incredible the Nanoire series is... the one of her and Uni's lettering especially, that's WAY too good.)

I'd be lying if I did not say I was always a Sucker for Giant Noire. Also yeah her Outfit is the Worst to Draw. I usually end up forgetting something or Cutting Corners. As I said Before while I like to See her Big I think as Depicted here she would be Terrified of being Giant. Unfurtunately I can't remember Exactly what I said before.
