One thing Darkwitt has grown to normalize within his organization is the use of SCENARIOS.

During their time as drones, their sleep was interspersed with programmed dreams. Ideas and engrams that would promote peace, relaxation, and associate concepts like unity, obedience, and cooperation. It helped the drones explore the creative sides of their minds while they slept, and helped cultivate satisfaction with their service.

But once their drone training ended, the scenarios did not stop.

A few months after the scenarios were all drafted for drone integration, Darkwitt went back to the drawing board to design a few more. These scenarios were not meant for training or brainwashing, but more for anxiety relief and care. Things the others might not always have time to enjoy the cooperation and camaraderie He had been motivating them to desire.

A popular favorite is a little shared scenario. Back when Pokemon was still a fictional curiosity. before the splicing encouraged them to become more prevalent. Many would come as a vacation spot thanks to the chips in their brains from their drone days still being intact. they could close their eyes and join together in a lovely dream.

Darkwitt had prepared a picnic for them, his pokemon. Allowing them to experience as if he were their trainer. Sometimes it's not about work, or ambition or objectives.

Sometimes you just need to feel like you belong.
