Character Description
Colby is a very unusual little fellow because he’s nearly always wearing a pink bow, tutu and panties along with some red-rimmed goggles with pink lenses. He adores ballet and is willing to show the world that even boys can dance as well as girls.
Personality
He is perky and kind-hearted. He has Asperger’s which makes him quick-thinking and very logical with the difficulties of getting claustrophobic around large crowds of people and Pokémon.

He likes wearing tutus and dancing ballet.
Background/History
His interest in ballet was ignited when he was 2 years old. He first saw ballet on his parents television. At first, his parents thought it was strange for a boy to wear girly clothes, but they grew to not mind it overtime.

Samantha the Pikachu is Colby’s mother and Roger the Raichu is his father.
World/Setting
He was born in Saffron City in the Kanto Region of the Pokémon world.
Body
He has yellow fur and a black tail. The edges of his ears and collar line are black as well.
