Stray (the bannette) is a silly little guy. They end up possessing plushies to get to cuddle up with others. He also feeds off by spreading love/hapiness instead of fear or misery (unlike other ghost types.)
Unfortunately he tends to break boundaries a lot and not understand (or just ignores) social norms inspite of his otherwise good intentions. He probably would of gotten away with it if he had just asked for permission.
