Salti is a living latex Vaporeon who is flexible and is able to try many different things.

Background/History
Salti was a Vaporeon born near the ocean. She was an excellent swimmer and enjoyed it as recreation and sport. She would later end up having her body turned into living latex and enhanced her abilities. Her latex is able to change into different forms. She would eventually learn how to control her abilities and also as a water-type, use her powers for good.

A somewhat 1900's style world not similar to the Ghostfox twins
Body
Her body is skinny and has webbed hands and feet. And her skin is blue. Her neck fin can disappear from the latex, but can appear in her normal form.
Clothing
She is usually in different forms of latex. Sometimes will wear clothing.
CleverDerpy, suggested I get another character besides my main ones. And I thought a Vaporeon would work nicely. She loves bondage, WAM, swimsuits, and a lot more I would like to add. The Ghostfox twins are still my main characters, but I will use her for some interesting stuff. There's more references to come.
