Quirk Description: He can Trap Anyone in certain Objects that He’s Holding or Wearing. He can Trap someone by Whistling and Release them By Snapping his Fingers. As long his Captors are trapped, their Quirks are Neutralized.

Background: Katayama Motonobu was the name given to a boy born in Japan. Esuha City was where he was born to proud happy parents who loved their son dearly.

Sometime After Katayama had turned 5, he was taken to the doctor after not manifesting a Quirk. His doctor stated Katayama most likely did possess a Quirk, but one that was Useless. Suddenly, Katayama let out a whistle and the Doctor Mysteriously Disappeared. Katayamas mother panicked when she saw that the Doctor was trapped in a Mirror. Katayama then snapped his fingers and Doctor reappeared.

Further tests showed that Katayama could Trap People inside Objects by Whistling and Free them by Snapping His Fingers.

Everyone thought that Katayama would make a great Hero, But Katayama didn’t really care much for heroes. He didn’t really want to talk and act as Heroes did. He Enjoyed using Quirk as he got older.

One of his Joys in life was playing Cards with his School Friends. When he was 12, he accidentally used his Quirk to Trap a bunch of Bullies inside playing Cards. But Katayama enjoyed it. Katayama would Trap School Bullies inside a mirror or a Card when he could, but he always got into trouble for it.

At the age of 13, Katayama received an inheritance from his Recently Departed great Uncle. A small Apartment Complex and a trust fund that would be given to him when he came of age. Katayama emancipated himself from parents and moved out. He then started reading Books on how to Become a Villain.

Over the next 5 years, Katayama practiced honing his Quirk and Went Gambling at Underground clubs and casinos. He took homes lots of Money, for he was Lucky. After he got his Trust fund, He began working as a Villain.

He would use his Quirk to Rob General Markets. He would trap customers and employees in the mirrors on his coat and would release them after he left. Whenever he robed a store, he would talk Like he was locked in conversation while his captors screamed for helped and banged on the mirrors, unable to escape.

Trapping people in Playing Cards were his favorite. Because people took on the appearance of the King, Queen and/or Jack, but their original Faces would still show. In case the stores had cameras, Katayama would wear black makeup around his eyes so no one could recognize him. But he didn’t really care if his identity got revealed.

At his apartment, Katayama kept lots of objets that he could use for trapping incase Heroes came knocking down his door. He kept objects such as mirrors, hourglasses, cards, snow globes, even portrait paintings that he stole.

Even though people saw Katayama as a Hero, He Loved the Life of a Villain.
