Born Felix Dwight Fiscella, Afro Steel's been one of a begrudging but powerful force in Starport City, Florida since his youth. His Talynts of precognition and super-strength serve him to keep some level of peace between the Tallies (supers) and Anti-Tallies (normals specifically bigoted to supers) of Starport City.
His primary weapon outside his powers (and great health insurance) is the Perihelion, an easily modified pistol capable of taking a lot of ammunition types, made because he doesn't really want to own another gun. He's generally a cool dude if you don't cross him, really.
