I'd like to think that the food heard everything that the girls were talking about and is panicking that he's about to make the transition from hunky male to full on food.

Wow! WOW! WOW! Viro, absolutely amazing job here! You've always done top tier bellies, bulges and belches, and really knocked it out of the park even more with this page!
First of all, you do an excellent job with using curves to show depth which means you do big bellies remarkably well. The foreshortening in the second panel shows that off nicely. The sound effects, motion lines and bulges there are great details too. Another major strength of your artwork is how well you give characters a real sense of weight and mass. Details like pressure effects work well for that. The third panel is an excellent example! The way you did the hand pressing into Jo-Ann's belly and her belly bulging around it was fantastic! Excellent work here!
Speaking of bulging, a lot of the same strengths of your art that mean you do bellies so well apply to bulges too. Here in particular the fourth panel with all the throat bulges look great, especially with the sound effects and motion lines complimenting them nicely. Most of all though the bulging cheek is superb and does such a great job building up anticipation for the belch in the next panel! It seems like you really have a talent for comic work because of how well you handle pacing of action between panels and this is a great example of you doing that well. Having this kind of setup panel before a major action really makes that action feel more impactful.
And on that note, the final panel is incredible! You've always done beautiful big belches, and this has got to be one of your best! You definitely have a skill for sound effects and make great use of fonts matching the sound which you did an excellent job with here. Likewise, the background changing to an energetic action-line one really makes it feel intense! And marvelous work with Jo-ann's face too. The mawshot here has such a superb sense of depth it really sells her jaw stretching wide. The saliva is an great detail that adds to the belch feeling forceful as well. Overall, phenomenal work here!
Thanks again for sharing your artwork! I hope we get to see more like this from you!

Cards on the table: I am not a fan of vore, normally. But Jo-ann is an incredibly charming character, with a visually appealing design, a really endearing personality and a wonderfully sympathetic backstory that had me falling in love with her despite myself. Add to it the incredibly sexy way you depict her belching here, and the fact that the backstory you've written to reach this point makes this turn of events feel believable whilst also keeping Jo-ann sympathetic, instead of devolving into the usual narcissistic/megalomaniac sociopath that most preds come across as in my experience, and I can't help it; I had to fave this page in particular, and I'm honestly curious to see how Jo-ann's story will develop from here. My hat is off to you, good sir; you truly have a gift for character design.

Thanks. Though I like most themes and have read/watched an uncountable amount of comics/stories over the decades, there are times where I feel characters don't act believable such as when they suddenly become philosophers by getting extremely detailed when they express how they feel/think about a situation, but at the same time make choices that don't line-up with the personality shift.
I try to make my characters function and act the way they should given the world they live in. Even though things like advanced science or magick exists, they aren't common enough for everyone to have access to or experience which is shown based on where the characters live or where they grew-up. Like giants exist in this world, but not every building is capable of fitting them inside (assuming they can fit at all).
So I'm just trying to make things as believable as I can while still allowing supernatural stuff, lol >w<;
