One of my OCs for my original universe!

This is Vaniette, an "Obotaire", or a bear, beaver, otter cross-species!
Vaniette is the mascot of Halloween, but more importantly, the Demi-God of Fear. She was a mortal chosen to be ascended to god-hood, and was picked out for the job of inciting fear, as a deterrent to keep people from throwing their lives away in dangerous situations. She may be a witch, but she's good natured at heart, being more a mischievous mother than a wicked villain. Creating horrors for people's safety and amusement. She's hard to find, but if you manage to, she'll be happy to lend you her magical services.
