It all depends on the model and keywords you use, my preferred models are Furtastic and Domesticated Mix. The AI doesn't really respond to the word cub, so you have to find other ways to tease the content out. I mostly relied on the Chibi tag initially but now I also use it with the AgeSlider which Civitai defines as a Textual Inversion. its hard to describe. But it helps. The loli tag although it can help at times, its tends to add on human features which is why I stopped using it. I still utilize the chibi tag at a weight of 0.5 and 0.8 because I like the cutesy anime stylizing it adds to areas like the eyes.
