Character Description
Smokey isn't always stoned out of his kitty skull, but when he is, he just sits in his room or wherever he is and giggles at anything and everything that moves. He also plows through any food he can find. He often burns food because his hopped-up state causes him to forget that he was cooking anything, but Julius has made a habit of keeping an eye on Smokey's food whenever he's too zooted to do it himself or even cooks food whenever Smokey is too stoned to even move without giggling up a storm. Noah is forced to take that role if Julius gets high as well. It's an unwritten rule in the dorm.
Personality
While sober, Smokey is outgoing and friendly and tries his best to make good impressions and make people smile. He rarely gets into fights or arguments because of his cheerful and lovable personality.
