Interesting where inspiration can come from. A little while ago I happened to be sitting around bored and watching Animal Planet and saw a piece about an arthritic kangaroo in a zoo getting cryotherapy. What that looked like was him getting nitrogen blown over his sore joints. To me it looked like getting sprayed with blueish smoke.
And to be honest I've always been sort of fascinated by smoke. I started to imagine a different sort of physical therapy being done in a similar way.
