This is an acrylic painting I did of a character from 'The Neverending Story' - the book, not the movie. He never made it into the movie, which is sad, because he's an awesome character.
He's Grograman, the giant lion made of fire who rules over the Many Colored Desert.

To add to your visual imagination, he changes color every time he leaps onto a different colored sand dune. How great would that look on film?
