Along with that the material that supports their diapered butts. Can move with the ring practically shrink wrapping the cuties diaper. Showing it off and making it look like it is bulging, to really emphesis how thickly padded the baby is.
After that you could include a tight high back underbust corset. This keeps the cutie's chest visible assuming they aren't flat and helps with their posture as they waddle and roll around. Obviously keeping the cuffs etc is a must~
