The people of Earth were blessed with an absolute marvel to behold: an actual giga-macro exploring the landscape! High-magnitude earthquakes and permanent deformations of the landscape arrived with each of the enormous otter's steps; this incredible creature was truly a force of nature made flesh! The otter was so enormous, in fact, that apparently the only thing significant enough to pique his interest was an entire desert made arid by a surrounding mountain range. Unfortunately, while the enormous otter squatted to run his paw through the sandbox-sized desert, a nearby city now found itself only one excited swing away from annihilation by his miles-long tail.
