Trying to Get better at Using Paint Tool Sai and trying to do Backgrounds as well.

My Newest MLP Type Character Named Silent Ripple. Hes a Kelpie, Dont know what a Kelpie is, just Look it up x3 but its basically a Water Horse that Drags people underwater to eat them. Silent Ripple is a very quiet creature and rarely talks. Most people think hes evil because of how he looks, but he isnt. I will at one point make a Full Character reference for him since his colour goes from green to blue down his body and thats not shown here x3.
