Part of my 4-Part Character drop! You all are getting a treat today, with four new characters to show off! No CS's for these guys, though, but I'll make sure to build profiles and share them soon!
Before Anti-Jules became King of Moebius, the ruler of Moebius was Anti-Paulie. While not a true villain, Paul did little to quell the rampant infighting. His rule was often dictated by his own parents, making his retreat once Jules took the crown. During his reign he became known as the Dark Monarch due to his style of dress, his preference to stay in the shadows, and his ability.
Paul has the unique ability to create constructs of chaos energy that are shaped like butterflies, which he can use like drones. The things they 'see' are directly transmitted to his brain, which helped quell any rebellion.
After the Great Peace, Paul decided to remain in obscurity. A combination of age and the use of his powers has left him with mild Anarchy Beryl poisoning, causing him to have some physical ailments including a weaker immune system, lipedema, and cataracts that have almost completely obscured the vision in his left eye. It's due to this he wears a facemask and compression bands rather than shoes.
This design was made mostly by me, using Kanda's art of Carmine as a base, and the outfit which was adopted from YataMaru with the footwear changed by me.
