Carlisle is polyamorous and has a few lovers... some he would gladly be bonded to in one equivalent of marriage or another. Drawing on the culture of a close friend who suggested it, instead of wedding bands he plans to decorate his ears for each one. So far these are what he has in mind... but only the red ring so far.
