this outfit started life as a reference picture from a old 'how to draw anime' book I suggested that Kiwi put a pokemon spin on it hence the polywhirl pockets and the polywags' hanging from the umbrella.
to be fair this one is more of a fashion magazine picture. like Kais is a model posing in the outfit for a photographer but I really like it! it still looks like they are having a barrel of fun!
